The MOC has decided that we shall be extending the closing date of the EOI for Marketing and Branding Services till Friday 18th September 2020 at 11.00am
This EOI will be publicized on the Sunday Times, It-Torca and il-Mument.

The GSSE 2023 Team
The Maltese Olympic Committee is issuing a call for the Expression of Interest for a holistic Marketing Strategy and Branding Services in view of the forthcoming Games of the Small States of Europe scheduled to take place in June 2023.
Services include the development of the GSSE2023 Brand as well as services related but not limited to campaign management in the run up to the Games in 2023.
The successful bidder will be required to work in close collaboration with the Maltese Olympic Committee to meet the required target time-frames.
“The Maltese Olympic Committee and the GSSE Organising Committee have already started working intensively on this project and has divided the marketing strategy in multiple phases. The first phase will take place between October 2020 and March 2021” explained Julian Pace Bonello, President, Maltese Olympic Committee.
All Expression of Interest submissions are to be received by not later than noon on Monday 31st August.

The receipt of bids will be acknowledged within one working day by email. Clarification queries, duly posted in writing by electronic mail will be received up to 5 calendar days before the deadline of receipt of the proposals as per date stipulated above.
The Successful bidder will be announced on Friday 11th September following an evaluation process.
About the Games of the Small States of Europe
In 2023, Malta will be hosting the Games of the Small States of Europe. These games which are hosted every two years will bring to Malta an estimated delegation of over 1000 athletes, coaches, officials, head of delgations and VIPs. The Games have already been hosted twice in Malta. The first time was back in 1993, whilst in 2003, Malta hosted the games for a second time. The Games will welcome eight other countries – Andorra, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro and San Marino.
